Anna brings a unique perspective to Mann Morrow through her diverse, decade-long, attorney experience.

Anna begin her legal career at an El Paso, TX law firm where she enjoyed learning to practice medical malpractice and general insurance defense. Anna then pivoted to criminal defense, representing misdemeanor and felony clients as state public defender in Las Cruces, NM. She gained valuable courtroom and jury trial experience in that capacity. Prior to joining Mann Morrow, Anna served in federal court as a term law clerk in the Western District of Texas and a career law clerk in the District of New Mexico. Anna is excited to return to defending healthcare providers and hospitals. 

Anna grew up in the Las Cruces, NM area, by way of east Tennessee. She majored in English at Davidson College, where she ran cross-country and track. She earned her J.D. at Wake Forest Law School and served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. During law school, Anna participated in the Trial Practice and Innocence & Justice clinics and interned with the western North Carolina Capital Defender's office. She also interned for state district court and water law judge Hon. Manuel I. Arrieta, with whom she continues to collaborate on New Mexico water jurisprudence articles published in the Denver University Water Law Review. 

Outside of work, Anna spends her time with her husband, also a lawyer, a daughter, and miniature shih tzus.
